May You Be Well: Guided Meditations for Inner Calm is intended to help you experience the inner calm that lives within each of us. As we gently let go of physical, emotional and mental attachments deep relaxation ensues.
Tracks 1 and 2 are guided meditations with imagery and may be used for relaxation or for sleep.
Tracks 3 and 4 are, respectively, a short anti-anxiety practice and a mini relaxation; both can be memorized and used any time, any place.
Let go of thinking. Sense your body, float in an ocean of breath and see with your inner eye. May you be well.
